Terms and conditions

1. Booking & Payment

   • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
   • Full payment must be made within 24 hours of booking.
   • All bookings are non-transferable.
   • No refunds or credits will be issued for sessions that end earlier than the booked time.

2. Studio Access & Timing

   • A complimentary 10-minute grace period is provided for both check-in and check-out.
   • Sessions exceeding the grace period will be charged according to the studio's current hourly rate.
   • Early access is subject to studio availability and may incur additional charges.
   • Your booking period includes setup, styling, makeup, rehearsals, shooting, packing, and cleanup.

3. Capacity

   • The maximum studio capacity is 30 persons unless prior approval has been obtained.
   • This includes clients, photographers, videographers, talent, makeup artists, stylists, assistants, and crew members.

4. Studio Care

   • Please treat the studio, furniture, equipment, and decoration with care.
   • Furniture may be repositioned carefully but must be returned to its original location before the end of the session.
   • Dragging furniture across the floor is strictly prohibited.
   • Any damage to studio property, furniture, flooring, walls, equipment, or décor caused during the booking will be charged accordingly.

5. Equipment Usage

   • Studio lighting and equipment must be operated responsibly.
   • Clients are responsible for any damage resulting from misuse or negligence.
   • Special equipment, high-powered electrical appliances, smoke machines, or water effects require prior approval.

6. Footwear Policy

   • Outdoor footwear is not permitted inside the studio.
   • Shoes used during photography or filming must have clean soles or be fully taped before entering the shooting area.
   • Any marks or scuffs caused by footwear must be cleaned immediately. Additional cleaning fees may apply if required.

7. Food & Beverages

   • Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.
   • Drinks must be kept away from studio equipment, furniture, and backdrop areas.
   • Clients are responsible for cleaning up after their session.
   • Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.

8. Special Setups

   • The use of confetti, glitter, sand, powder, fake snow, paint, coloured liquids, body oils, wax, smoke effects, or any materials that require extensive cleaning must receive prior approval.
   • Additional cleaning or restoration charges may apply.

9. Overtime

   • Overtime is subject to studio availability.
   • Any extension beyond the booked session will be charged based on the current hourly rate.

10. Personal Belongings

    • TRIPLEFOUR STUDIO is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, equipment, or valuables brought onto the premises.

11. Safety

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests during their booking.
    • Children and pets must be supervised at all times.
    • Any unsafe activity may result in the immediate termination of the session without refund.

12. Cancellation & Rescheduling

    • All confirmed bookings are non-refundable.
    • Clients may reschedule their booking once with a minimum of 72 hours' notice, subject to studio availability.
    • Requests made within 72 hours of the booking may not be accommodated.

13. Force Majeure

    • TRIPLEFOUR STUDIO shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government restrictions, or emergencies.

14. CCTV

    • CCTV surveillance is in operation throughout the premises for security and safety purposes.

15. Right of Refusal

    • TRIPLEFOUR STUDIO reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking without refund if clients fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions or engage in behaviour that may endanger persons or damage studio property.

16. Amendments

    • TRIPLEFOUR STUDIO reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

17. Smoking Policy

    • Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the studio premises.
    • Clients wishing to smoke must do so only in designated outdoor areas, if available.
    • Any evidence of smoking inside the studio may result in an additional cleaning fee, immediate termination of the session without refund, and liability for any damages caused.
